BOXING TRAINING
Boxing training is geared toward any skill level. Zeus creates drills and technique practice to improve footwork, offense and defense. Boxing training utilizes proper body mechanics using footwork, core mobility, and hand speed. Boxing training is practical for self-defense purposes and it is a tremendous workout.
