$100,000 Grant to Support DU Grand Challenges
罢丑别听has announced a $100,000 grant to the 黑料门 to support DU Grand Challenges.
Launched in October 2017,听听brings together students, faculty, and community change-makers to address complex public challenges through deliberative dialogue and collective action. Under the theme Thriving Communities, DU Grand Challenges will address three inter-related issues: improving daily living, increasing economic opportunity and advancing deliberation and action for the public good in our communities.听
The grant from Arthur Vining Davis Foundations will be used to develop new ways for students and faculty to use community-engaged scholarship and high-impact learning practices to work collaboratively with community partners on the grand challenge issues. DU Grand Challenges builds on current successes across campus to enhance students鈥 educational experience while preparing them for lives of purpose.听
